Add a deeply restful yogic guided meditation, with sound bath and an option of crystals on the body. Please wear comfortable clothing. We have floor mats but please bring any blankets, bolsters, and pillows you need to get into a comfortable lying position. This class is 90 minutes in total.

There are different ways to approach meditation. Eve those who find it difficult may be able to discover a way that will work for them. We will go over several techniques, and practice two. Please dress comfortably. This class is 60 minutes.

Neurographic art is a simple art form used to calm the body and mind while building brain power. It is said to help people with chronic pain, anxiety, and other issues. This approach can create a positive change in people's lives by connecting mind and body to transform the angs and chaos we experience internally to something more peaceful. There are many approaches and techniques to explore, as well as using a variety of mediums. Bring your curiosity and an open mind ! Class is 60 minutes.

These will be basic classes ("101") series of 60 minute sessions on techniques, tools, or materials.Each class will be $40 with some options to purchase materials. Stay tuned for class announcements.

Tarot is so much more than a game. I have studied and learned various techniques over the last 40 years, and have been reading for that long as well. I find it is an invaluable tool in helping us to look at things from different perspectives, help confirm our gut instincts, or just offer some alternative ideas in problem solving and deeper self-reflection. It is an exquisite art form as well, and there's so much to explore . Readings are by appointment for 40  or 60 minutes.

I enjoy teaching about Tarot as I am extremely passionate about it's usefulness and as art. I teach a variety of levels and techniques, so keep an eye out for announcements and pricing. Private groups can also be booked.

Wanna know what the big deal is? Explore the formations and terminology of various types of crystals, their uses and cleansing methods, and popular types. We will also cover the basics of the chakra system to help you understand crystal healing. Each participant will receive a crystal chakra set to use and enjoy at home. This is  2 hour class.

Painting, crafting, or drawing, I can help you learn from beginner to intermediate. I can create lessons to accommodate adults and kids for a one-on-one experience.  Average session 90 min.

Whether it's your favorite pet, one that has crossed the rainbow bridge, or as a gift to someone special, pastel pet portraits are a wonderful way to capture their unique personalities. Have jewelry, watches, mementos of a dear one on the other side but not your style to wear? This is a wonderful way to create a meaningful memorial piece of art, with or without a photo included using some of those things you won't wear but can't bring yourself to part with.
